Wow! I can't believe it's already February! I feel like New Years Eve was just a few days ago! Nevertheless it is time once again for a favourites post! As always this post will contain my top 10 favourite songs for the past month.

I've seen alot of these kinds of posts and videos around and have always loved reading/watching them! I find that it's always interesting to find out their favourites apps and what they'd recommend. I always find that I end up downloading tons of apps to use and test out!
So today I wanted to share with you some of my favourite apps to use
I currently have a 16gb iphone 6s and yes it is in the Rose Gold! (What can I say? I'm a sucker for anything rose gold!)
VSCO is the app I use to edit my photos, whether that's Instagram photos or blog post photos. I used to use apps such as Aviary but I found that VSCO was easier to use and offered more filters & customisations.
If you're ever stuck for ideas for something, whether you're feeling creative or just looking for inspiration I would definitely recommend Pinterest!
This app is amazing! If you've ever had one of those 'I'm sure I know him from somewhere' moments whilst watching a film then you need this app in your life! Within seconds you can search for a film or celebrity to find out more information about what they've been in which makes answering the question "where is he from?" soo much easier!
Netflix
Who doesn't love Netflix? I know my phones has a much smaller screen than my laptop but its alot more portable
Boots & Costa
Both of these apps are based around loyalty cards, the Boots app allows you to add offers to your card that are tailored to you and what you regularly purchase and the Costa app is similar to the starbucks app in that it allows you to track the amount of points on your card
I always find its useful to have an app for your phone contract so you can keep track of your usage
QuizUp
This app is a quiz app which has a ton of different quizzes including; Logo Quiz, Harry Potter Movies quiz and High School Chemistry. There is definitely a topic for everyone!
Musixmatch
You may have heard of this app if you listen to music using Spotify. If I'm honest I prefer this app to Shazam as it not only identifies the song but also plays the lyrics along at the same time
Instagram
I love Instagram as its a way of keeping up to date with peoples lives

Instead of doing a monthly favourites post of all the products I've used, I've decided I want to do monthly playlist posts instead. Mainly because I always have so many favourites each month! But also because I thought it would be fun to share with you the songs I'm loving each month.

As alot of you will probably know by now I am definitely a major fan of all things Yankee candle. So when I recieved a Yankee Candle Simply Home gift set for my birthday you can probably imagine just how excited I was! So I thought I would do a little haul of the different candles in the set and also combine this with a few other different scents to show you my current winter candle collection.

When do you start getting excited about New Year?
Probably Boxing Day tbh! I feel like it's the next celebration that everybody looks forward to as soon as Christmas is over! Although I do think that most people are more excited about New Years Eve than they are about a new year starting!
What's your typical New Years Day?
We will mostly spend the day relaxing either at home or at our nan's where will will enjoy a roast dinner! As we don't have roast dinner every Sunday when we do have one it makes the occasion feel more special!
Do you make any New Years Resolutions? Do you stick to them?
When I was younger I remember we always had to make new years resolutions about what we would do that year and how we could improve on the past year. I can honestly say that I don't make resolutions any more, I found that I would never stick to them so kinda just gave up making them but I do kinda want to start making them again.
What was your favourite thing that happened in 2015?
So many amazing things happened in 2015! Sixth Form Leavers Prom was definitely one of my favourite moments! Other favourites include watching Michael McIntyre live and meeting Diversity!
What are 3 things you'd like to accomplish in the next year?
1 - I'd love to know what I want to do in life (I've said this for the past 1/2 years and still have absolutely no idea!)
2 - I want to be able to say I made the most of the time I had, I feel like I always spend too much time being unproductive and I would love to change that
