I've been back in the UK over 2 weeks and I'm only just getting around to actually writing and posting this!
So for anyone who doesn't know I recently spent 10 days in the North of Spain. We stayed in a villa in Carandia, Cantabria for a week before moving to an apartment in Santander for the rest of the holiday.
It was definitely a holiday that was needed for all of us after a busy summer working! Below is a collection of photos if you want to check them out! I've also posted a few snaps on my Instagram which you are also welcome to check out if you wish!

Last October after wanting to dye my hair for years (and I really do mean years!) I finally decided to buy some dye and dye my hair. If your interested you can read about my experience with dying my hair here.
Ever since dying my hair I've had to change quite alot of products I use on my hair in order to ensure my hair remains in the best condition possible.
Before dying my hair I would use a range of different shampoos and conditioners and would be constantly changing the products I used, however since dying my hair I've found 2 different shampoos which are not only amazing for your hair but they are also great for keeping the colour looking fresher for longer. I usually find myself alternating between the LOréal Paris Elvive Colour Protect Caring shampoo and the Herbal Essences Ignite my Colour shampoo.
During a normal week I will wash my hair 2-3 times maximum however I will often use dry shampoo if I feel the need to. Also I always try to let my hair air dry if I have the time although this can take a while when you have long hair!
Since dying my hair I've been using conditioner ALOT more than I used to and have also been trying to leave my hair longer in between washes as this helps to preserve the colour for longer.
Every 3-4 weeks I will touch up my roots using The LOréal Excellence hair colourant in the shade #4 Natural Dark Brown. Whilst touching up my roots I also use some of the colourant on the rest of my hair just to freshen up the colour and make sure it looks as natural as possible.
And that's basically everything I do to keep my hair at it's best (well... somewhere close..)

I haven't posted in so long! (over a month!) and I'm not really happy about that fact tbh! But over the last month I have been SO busy with work it has basically taken over my life! However, now that the summer holiday period is pretty much over (sad times I know!) I have a more workable schedule which gives me alot more time to plan and write blog posts.
